What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and supports the body's natural healing processes. Many people seek Reiki to help reduce stress, encourage a sense of balance, and enhance overall well-being on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Reiki is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a replacement for medical care but can be used alongside conventional treatments to support overall health and wellness.

How Does Reiki Work?
Reiki is based on the belief that a vital life force energy flows through all living beings. According to Reiki tradition, when this energy is balanced and flowing freely, we are better able to maintain a sense of health and well-being. Stress and the challenges of everyday life may disrupt this natural balance.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner uses gentle, light touch or works just above the body with the intention of supporting the flow of this energy. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and more balanced after a session.
