CANCELLATION POLICY/NO SHOW POLICY
At Governors Court Massage Therapy, we aim to provide exceptional service to all our clients while being understanding of changing circumstances. To ensure efficient appointment scheduling and utilization of our resources, we kindly request a minimum of 5 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a single service appointment.

If the required notice is not provided or you miss your appointment without notification. In that case, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the costs associated with reserved staff and facilities we have reserved to serve you.

A fee equivalent to 50% of the total treatments missed will be applied for multiple cancellations or consecutive no-shows. We acknowledge unexpected situations may occur, and we are committed to working together to reach a fair resolution.
